If you made a mistake that may affect your eligibility for health plans or financial assistance, such as an incorrect income entry, household size, or address, you can contact the Customer Service Center to report the change, at 1-855-PLANS-4-YOU (855-752-6749). If you accidentally selected the wrong plan or would like to select a different one and are outside of the Open Enrollment Period, you will need to wait until the next Open Enrollment Period.
Please note: Do not submit multiple change reports through Colorado PEAK or Connect for Health Colorado’s website to correct a mistake. This will only compound the issue.
