To receive SilverEnhanced Savings, an individual must:

  • Live in Colorado
  • Be someone who is undocumented, meaning they are not eligible for Health First Colorado (Colorado’s Medicaid program) or financial help available on Connect for Health Colorado
  • Meet certain income requirements based on the size of your household (a single person is eligible if their income is less than 150% of the federal poverty level)
  • Enroll in a plan on Colorado Connect that has “Silver Enhanced 94%” in the title

You will stay enrolled in your plan with SilverEnhanced Savings if your family changes or if your income increases. However, it is still important that you report those changes in your account. If we find that you no longer qualify for financial help, you will have the option to continue paying full price for the plan you enrolled in, or you will have the opportunity to shop again and enroll in a different plan.
