Insurance is complicated. That’s why we offer a state-wide network of certified experts who can help you complete your application in-person and free of charge. Demand during Open Enrollment can be heavy, especially as deadlines approach. We encourage you to call or schedule an appointment as soon as possible. The next OPEN ENROLLMENT PERIOD to purchase health insurance coverage is from November. 1, 2017 – January 12, 2018. Under certain circumstances, you may still be eligible to enroll outside of the Open Enrollment Period.
Help from a Broker
In addition to helping you with the application process and applying for financial assistance, our certified Brokers can help evaluate benefits and coverage based on your needs. We have over 800 highly trained licensed Brokers across the state ready to help advise and counsel on selecting the right plan for you! You have the option to have a Broker call you directly or to find one in your area – their services are free of charge.
Help from an Assister
Certified by Connect for Health Colorado, our community-based Assisters (Health Coverage Guides and Certified Application Counselors) provide education about affordable health insurance to their respective communities. While they can’t make specific plan recommendations, these trusted experts can help you enroll and apply for financial assistance to lower your costs. They are also very experienced in helping with complicated situations such as when one family member receives public assistance while the others do not.

These centers provide walk-in help from certified Brokers and Assisters for free at different times throughout the week. No appointment is necessary, though many can schedule one with you based on your schedule.
