Did your employer send you? If so you are in the right place. Your employer is providing you with the opportunity to sign up for health insurance through Connect for Health Colorado®.
You should have received an email with a “Participant Code.” This code will allow you to shop from a group of health plans specially selected for you by your employer. Your employer determines the type of coverage offered and how much of the premium you will pay.
Didn’t Receive a Participation Code?
If you did not receive an email with a Participant Code or can’t find it, please contact your employer. If your employer is not offering health insurance, you may shop for insurance through our Individuals and Families Marketplace.
What about My Family Members?
If you have family members not covered by your employer, they have options through Connect for Health Colorado. They can shop for health insurance in our Individuals and Families Marketplace. If they are not offered coverage through your employer, they may be eligible for financial assistance to help reduce the cost of their health insurance.

Connect for Health Colorado offers a statewide Customer Support Network to help you every step of the way with purchasing health insurance. For those who are new to the insurance-buying process or need more help, please consult with your employer’s human resources contact or their health insurance Broker. They can provide you free, in-person help to explain the process and help you enroll.
