With Connect for Health Colorado, you can shop, compare, pick and purchase the health plan that is right for you. Before you shop, you can browse our health plans and you can check to see if you qualify for financial assistance. Our Marketplace is for Coloradans of all income levels who:
- Buy health insurance on their own
- Do not have health insurance
- Do not have access to affordable coverage through an employer
- Are not eligible for Medicare
To get started, please select the category that most fits your description:
Individuals and Families
You can compare a large selection of plans side-by-side and pick the one that best suits your budget, lifestyle and health care needs. The Marketplace is the only place where you can apply for financial assistance to help reduce your costs.
If you are between the ages of 18 and 29, you may want to consider our Colorado Young Adult or CYA plans. These CYA plans, also known as catastrophic plans, are designed for those who are young and in good health. If you prefer a more traditional health plan, you may shop in the Individual & Families Marketplace.
Did your employer send you? If your employer has 50 or fewer full-time equivalent employees and provided you with a “Participant Code,” you are in the right place. This code will allow you to shop from a group of health plans specially selected for you by your employer. If your employer does not provide you with health insurance, you may shop in the Individuals & Families Marketplace.
Small Businesses and Non-profits
If you employ 50 or fewer full-time equivalent people, you have the option to offer your employees a multi-carrier, multi-plan menu of choices previously not available in the small group market. Tax credits may also apply.
If you are a member of the Ute Mountain Ute Tribe, the Southern Ute Indian Tribe or other Federally-recognized Tribes who live in Colorado, you have new protections and benefits through Connect for Health Colorado.
