Connect for Health Colorado is the only place you can apply for financial help to lower the cost of private health insurance. Open Enrollment is over, but there are still several opportunities to get covered. Coloradans who experience a Qualifying Life Change Event outside of Open Enrollment (November 1-January 15) have a 60-day window to buy or change plans.
