Connect for Health Colorado is soliciting responses from qualified entities that are able to provide a technical and an operational solution to implement three different decision-support tools.

The Request for Proposal provides additional details and instructions on how to respond. Please note the Request for Proposal’s timeline and non-functional requirements were updated on June 28, 2018.
