- Our Colorado-based Customer Service Center, which provides help to customers by phone and through online chat. Our Customer Service Center Representatives can help you through the entire shopping process, including with applying for financial assistance. Representatives are trained to assist a range of customers, including employers, American Indians, Coloradans with disabilities, and non-English speakers. Certified Health Coverage Guides, located at Assistance Sites across Colorado, are available to meet with you in-person. They provide unbiased assistance in considering health plan options and applying for insurance affordability programs and enrolling in health coverage.
