The Heart of the Rockies Regional Medical Center will have knowledgeable community health care partners ready to answer questions about Connect for Health Colorado, Health First Colorado (Medicaid), Medicare, CHP+, and oral health programs. If you are 18 or older, you can participate in the health fair’s low-cost and free health screenings- don’t miss out!

Participants learn key health insurance terms, how to estimate costs for health care, what questions to ask, and how to find information to choose a health plan.
