{"id":67771,"date":"2025-04-11T07:52:07","date_gmt":"2025-04-11T13:52:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/uat-internal.connectforhealthco.com\/?p=67771"},"modified":"2025-04-11T09:47:37","modified_gmt":"2025-04-11T15:47:37","slug":"our-by-the-numbers-report-is-live","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/connectforhealthco.com\/es\/our-by-the-numbers-report-is-live\/","title":{"rendered":"Our \u2018By the Numbers\u2019 Report is Live"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>This week, Connect for Health Colorado published its annual <a href=\"https:\/\/c4-media.s3.amazonaws.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/04\/07092425\/2025-By-the-Numbers-Report.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\"><em>By the Numbers<\/em> report<\/a>, and it is packed with new data and information about the record-breaking open enrollment period for plan year 2025.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>When we take a closer look at this year\u2019s report, there\u2019s so much to celebrate. Here are some of the accomplishments we\u2019re most proud to share. In 2025:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>296,499 Coloradans enrolled in affordable health coverage.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>80% of customers received financial assistance to lower monthly premiums and health care costs.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>3 out of 5 customers could find a plan for $10 per month or less after Advance Premium Tax Credits were applied.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nearly 26% of enrolled customers live in rural areas; and, in fact, 12 of the 15 counties experiencing the most significant enrollment growth are located in rural areas.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>About 66% of all enrollments for plan year 2025 were completed with the help of a health insurance Broker or Assister, and 53% of appointments with Assisters were conducted in a language other than English.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Our customer service center answered 76,582 calls with an impressive customer satisfaction rate of 87%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>I encourage you to read the full report and explore some of the stories of people whose lives have been improved by our work. These stories are a testament to the critical need we\u2019re meeting for hundreds of thousands of Coloradans.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our success can be attributed, in part, to our ongoing efforts to educate people about their health insurance options and available financial assistance, as well as to state and federal policies that have expanded access to affordable health coverage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>And equally important to our success is you \u2013 our valued and trusted partners.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The work we do together to increase access to affordable, comprehensive, and quality health coverage is truly meaningful.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I\u2019m incredibly fortunate to collaborate with you and deeply grateful for the care, time, and expertise you invest in improving the lives of hundreds of thousands of people in Colorado \u2013 our families, friends, and neighbors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>African Chamber of Commerce Nomination<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Two weeks ago, members of our team attended the African Chamber of Commerce\u2019s annual Business Awards Celebration and Fundraiser.
