Recent federal actions and the subsequent court rulings have left many feeling confused and unsure of what\u2019s to come. &nbsp;<br><br>I want to assure you, despite the uncertainty, these things remain true today:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Affordable Care Act is the law of the land, and several state laws continue to guarantee quality, affordable, and comprehensive health insurance for Coloradans.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At this time, recent developments at the federal level have had no impact on the financial help we provide to our customers.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Federal cuts to Navigator funding do not affect Connect for Health Colorado\u2019s Assistance Network funding. We continue to honor and fully fund all of our assister contracts.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>We remain committed to protecting our customers\u2019 privacy, regardless of immigration status. Colorado Connect, the secure online platform to enroll in the OmniSalud Program, does not share customers\u2019 personal information with federal partners, and the information included in an application cannot be used for immigration enforcement.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Connect for Health Colorado remains steadfast in our mission to increase access, affordability, and choice for individuals and small employers purchasing health insurance in Colorado \u2013 and we couldn\u2019t do this without a robust network of federal, state, and local partners.<br><br>Alongside our partners, we\u2019ve built strong foundations so that we can continue to provide the necessary health insurance coverage and financial help for those who need it.<br><br>Our partnerships \u2013 particularly now in uncertain times \u2013 are crucial for maintaining stability. We\u2019re prepared to serve and support our partners in any way possible so, together, we are able to prioritize the health and well-being of every Coloradan.<br><br>Connect for Health Colorado will continue to monitor federal, state and local developments, and will provide timely and relevant updates to our partners and customers as necessary.<br><br><br><strong>Colorado Connect 2024 Annual Report<\/strong><br>Looking back, in 2024 more than 12,000 people enrolled in coverage on Colorado Connect.
