United States of America"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><em>Denver, Colo. \u2013 <\/em>Kevin Patterson, chief executive officer of Connect for Health Colorado, released the following statement regarding a federal court\u2019s Dec. 9 <a href=\"https:\/\/www.healthcare.gov\/court-decisions\/\">decision<\/a> regarding Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) recipients\u2019 ability to enroll in a qualified health plan through the health insurance marketplace.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cThe state of Colorado is not affected by a federal court\u2019s Dec. 9 decision in <em>Kansas v. United States of America<\/em>,\u201d said Kevin Patterson, chief executive officer of Connect for Health Colorado, the state\u2019s official health insurance marketplace. \u201cFor plan year 2025, DACA recipients in Colorado can still enroll in health insurance, and may still qualify for financial assistance for health coverage. We will continue to monitor developments and stay in touch with our partners and enrollees as needed.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>About Connect for Health Colorado<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Connect for Health Colorado is the state\u2019s official health insurance marketplace.
