You, our customers, stakeholders, and partners, make it possible to move forward together.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There are several things that we know.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>The Affordable Care Act is still the law of the land.<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><a href=\"https:\/\/nam12.safelinks.protection.outlook.com\/?url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.leg.state.co.us%2Fclics%2Fclics2011a%2Fcsl.nsf%2Ffsbillcont3%2F7233327000DC9A078725780100604CC4%3Fopen%26file%3D200_enr.pdf&amp;data=05%7C02%7Cnschwartz%40c4hco.com%7Cd781f4c2810c4177a3f008dcfea48680%7Cc4f5b60aec8a45a2a295eec060c0163e%7C1%7C0%7C638665229834668673%7CUnknown%7CTWFpbGZsb3d8eyJFbXB0eU1hcGkiOnRydWUsIlYiOiIwLjAuMDAwMCIsIlAiOiJXaW4zMiIsIkFOIjoiTWFpbCIsIldUIjoyfQ%3D%3D%7C0%7C%7C%7C&amp;sdata=VNZe1E3ocsLPbSapju3bx%2BsHyvGIeZdGIJauNpiHnxA%3D&amp;reserved=0\"><strong>Senate Bill 11-200<\/strong><\/a>, the state law that created Connect for Health Colorado, <strong>is still the law of the state.<\/strong> There are several other important state laws that ensure quality, affordable, and comprehensive health coverage for Coloradans.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>There are significant savings available to customers who enroll through the Marketplace for Plan Year 2025.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>We know this may be a particularly difficult time for immigrant families to navigate. We remain <strong>committed to protecting customers\u2019 privacy<\/strong>. For OmniSalud customers enrolling though Colorado Connect, we will not and have never asked for their immigration status.
