The position\nwas created to advance the organization\u2019s Human Resource and Training functions.\n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Along with Connect for Health Colorado\u2019s CEO, Kevin\nPatterson, the <a href=\"https:\/\/connectforhealthco.com\/about-us\/who-we-are\/leadership-team\/\">executive\nleadership team<\/a> also includes Chief Policy and\nRelationships Officer Monica VanBuskirk, Chief Financial Officer Brian Braun,\nand Chief Innovation Officer Kelly Guthner. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nyle Boyd joined Connect for Health Colorado in March 2016 as the\norganization\u2019s Director of Human Resources. Ms. Boyd\u2019s career spans over 21\nyears in the nonprofit, public and private sectors. Ms. Boyd has held human resources\nleadership positions at the Colorado Department of Human Services, the City and\nCounty of Denver, Sara Lee Bakery group, Denver Public Schools and a variety of\nprivate companies. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ms. Boyd earned her bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Information Systems\nfrom Grambling State University and holds a Master of Business Administration\nfrom Regis University. She currently serves as an advisory board member on the\nCommunity College of Denver\u2019s BA \u2013 Board \u2013 Center for Business, Industry,\nTechnology &amp; Public Service.
