As we come back from that holiday, we are quickly nearing the Dec. 15\ndeadline for Coloradans who want to be covered on Jan. 1, 2020. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Yesterday, <a href=\"https:\/\/connectforhealthco.com\/connect-for-health-colorado-urges-residents-to-shop-by-december-15-for-january-coverage\/\">we\nreported our enrollment numbers<\/a> through the end of November. Nearly 42,000\nColoradans signed up for a health insurance plan in the first month of the Open\nEnrollment period and approximately 70 percent of applicants qualify for\nfinancial help.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We have many opportunities for Coloradans to get help\nenrolling before the deadline. This Sunday, I am speaking at New Hope Baptist Church\nas part of our larger Get Covered Sunday efforts. Our staff will visit a total\nof six churches in the Denver\/Aurora area to help spread the word about the\nimportance of getting covered. Our Assisters and Brokers are hosting enrollment\nevents, Enrollment Center experts available and our Customer Service Center is\nready to take calls.
