Our\nexpertise in the individual market, the statewide network of community and\nbusiness partners we\u2019ve developed, and our ongoing technology modernization\nefforts will also be key to its success. I\u2019m confident that Connect for Health\nColorado can best meet the needs of \u2013 and streamline the process for \u2013\nresidents who purchase their own health insurance. I\u2019m eager to collaborate\nwith our network of partners as the plan is refined to further increase access,\naffordability and choice for all Coloradans.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Earlier this year, Connect for Health Colorado was named as\na stakeholder in legislation for the development and implementation of the\nstate option for health care coverage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p style=\"text-align:center\">###<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>About Connect for Health Colorado<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Connect for Health Colorado is a public, nonprofit entity\nestablished by the Colorado General Assembly in 2011 to create a health\ninsurance marketplace.&nbsp; Since 2013, we\u2019ve\nbeen helping individuals, families, and small employers compare plans, apply\nfor financial help, and buy health insurance. As Colorado\u2019s official health\ninsurance marketplace, we are the only place to apply for financial help to\nlower the monthly cost of premiums. Customers can shop online; get help by\nphone or online chat from Customer Service Center representatives; and access\nexpert, in-person help from a statewide network of certified Brokers and\ncommunity-based Assisters.
