The state Division of Insurance has published a <a href=\"https:\/\/drive.google.com\/file\/d\/1M14_LqsyZb1MCiGhzyPTM-CiTLokbT68\/view\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">draft regulation<\/a> for public comment that sets the closing date for January 15, 2019. You can find it deep in that document, in Section 7.<\/p>\n<p>November doesn\u2019t feel so far away any more. We\u2019re working hard on our <a href=\"\/about-us\/stakeholders-and-board\/advancing-technology\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">new eligibility system<\/a> and will be ready to welcome new and renewing customers by the first.<\/p>\n<p><strong>In the News<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Colorado got a favorable mention this week in a Governing magazine <a href=\"http:\/\/www.governing.com\/topics\/health-human-services\/gov-obamacare-trump-states-premiums-short-term.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">article<\/a> about state marketplaces where there are signs of premium stabilization, even with continued political uncertainty.
