{"id":30284,"date":"2017-10-27T14:53:29","date_gmt":"2017-10-27T20:53:29","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/?p=30284"},"modified":"2018-03-17T11:30:28","modified_gmt":"2018-03-17T17:30:28","slug":"30284-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/connectforhealthco.com\/es\/30284-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Happy to Tell Our Story"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2><strong>To Our Valued Stakeholders<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>No surprise, but we are talking a lot about Open Enrollment in the days before we launch what will be our fifth Open Enrollment Period.<\/p>\n<p>Some of those conversations have been with news outlets around the state who are helping us raise awareness about what\u2019s different this year and what stays the same.<\/p>\n<p>On Tuesday, I was with Colorado Public Radio for a Colorado Matters <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cpr.org\/news\/story\/with-colorado-open-enrollment-around-the-corner-healthcare-uncertainly-remains-front-and\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">interview<\/a> and the next day we hosted a phone-in question and answer session for media around the state. I spoke with Denver 7 for this<a href=\"http:\/\/www.thedenverchannel.com\/news\/local-news\/trump-administration-changes-to-affordable-care-act-would-impact-coloradans\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\"> story<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>The important points are getting across:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>We\u2019re ready to help Coloradans buy health insurance for 2018 starting Wednesday morning<\/li>\n<li>Financial help is still here and increasing next year to cushion premium increases<\/li>\n<li>For many of our customers net premiums will be going down<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><strong>In the News<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p>While little has been done to clear the way for the bipartisan reform bill that could bring more stability to the individual market and restore Cost Sharing Reduction reimbursements, the Congressional Budget Office did <a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbo.gov\/publication\/53232\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">score<\/a> the measure this week, finding it would reduce the budget deficit by $3.8 billion.
