Having trouble completing your application online? Here are a few things you can do:
- The quickest way to get help is by calling a Customer Service Representative at 855-PLANS-4-YOU (855-752-6749). Wait times are low, especially between 7 – 10 AM and 5 – 7 PM. It will be helpful to have your Connect for Health Colorado account number and know which health insurance plan you wish to buy for 2016.
- If you have experienced difficulty while finishing the financial application, please do not start over or fill out multiple applications, as this can delay your enrollment.
- In general, it takes about two weeks for your enrollment information to be sent to your carrier and for them to process your invoice and membership materials.
