To Our Valued Stakeholders

We are only two weeks into our 10-week Open Enrollment Period but there is no question we are off to a positive start. Many of you have probably seen the plan selection totals that we released Thursday for November 1 through November 15.

The 22,650 medical plan selections are very encouraging but it is also heartening to see that 19,429 (86% of the total) are customers who have actively renewed. These customers heard our message that it pays to shop. Even though a high number have the option to “auto-renew”, they are actively shopping for plans to find one that best fits their family’s health needs and budget.
