When you apply for financial help through Connect for Health Colorado, we will ask you for information about your household, including who is in your household, annual income, citizenship or immigration status, and more. Connect for Health Colorado will electronically verify certain information of yours as you go through the application process for financial help. If there is an inconsistency between the information you provide in your application and the information within federal data hubs, we may ask you to send in documents to prove the information you provided is correct.
